All insights and settings for the Repricer in one place.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Repricer Dashboard gives you insight into what the Repricer is doing for your products and allows you to change settings directly.

Quick answers to your questions:

Currently, the Repricer is supported for Bol and Amazon.

Click here for more information on adding and setting up the Repricer.

The Dashboard is displayed per sales channel. On the Dashboard, you'll find a dropdown in the top right corner where you can easily switch between different sales channels. This way, you can view the Repricer information per sales channel.

Additionally, you can also add extra sales channels to the Repricer. You do this by clicking the 'Add Account' button in the top right corner of the Dashboard. Select which sales channel you want to add and set it up correctly right away. See this article for more information on setting up the Repricer.
Once the account is added, it will appear in the dropdown, and you can switch to the Dashboard for that sales channel.

The Repricer Dashboard is divided into different 'sections'.

Repricer settings

The top 'section' is collapsible, allowing you to hide it. It displays all the default Repricer settings for the respective sales channel.

'Billing'
This is the total number of products for which you have the Repricer enabled across different sales channels. This is the number you are billed for.
When you switch between different sales channels in the Dashboard, this number will always remain the same, as it is a sum of all the products for which the Repricer is enabled across the various sales channels.

'Default margin level'

This is the margin level you have set as default for this sales channel. By clicking the pencil icon, you have the option to change the margin level.

'Sales channel Repricer settings'

Under the name of the respective sales channel, you will find the Repricer settings configured for this sales channel. By clicking the pencil icon, you have the option to change these settings.

  • Action buybox not available
With this setting, you indicate which price we should use if the buybox is not available, for example, because a competitor has the buybox.
If a product was temporarily out of stock and then comes back in stock, we start repricing from the price set in this setting.
So, if you indicate here that we can use the minimum price when the buybox is not available, we will then reprice upwards from the minimum price, meaning a product will temporarily be online at the minimum price. So think carefully about which price you set here.

  • When no competition, use the selling price as the maximum price
It can happen that the competition for a product disappears and you are the only seller. By default, we look for the most optimal price up to the set max price in this situation. By enabling this setting, we use the selling price as the maximum price in this situation, ensuring the price on the sales channel never exceeds the selling price set in ProductFlow.

  • Automatically add new products to ProductFlow
If this setting is enabled, we perform an automatic direct import from the relevant sales channel every night. This way, new products are automatically added to ProductFlow, where you can then set up and enable the Repricer.
Don't want to wait for the automatic update? You can also perform a direct import yourself. You do this by clicking the import button on the dashboard. Note! You can call this import button once every 15 minutes for a new update of the products.

  • Automatically enable Repricer for new products
If this setting is enabled, the Repricer is immediately activated when new products are added to ProductFlow.
Note! If you don't have a default margin level enabled and/or use manual min and max prices, the Repricer can only work if a min and max price is known for a product. If this setting is on, but the product doesn't have a min and max price yet, we will put the product online for the selling price, and the repricer will do nothing until a min and max price is entered.

Finally, in this section, you will find the number of products for which the Repricer is enabled or disabled for the relevant sales channel.

Repricer statuses

On the Dashboard, several sections with Repricer statuses are visible. These show the number of products per status. If you click on one of these sections/statuses, the dashboard is immediately filtered to show the products with the relevant status.

  • Enabled
The number of products for which the Repricer is enabled for that sales channel.

  • Disabled
The number of products for which the Repricer is disabled for that sales channel.

  • Start repricer
The number of products for which the Repricer is starting up. For these products, no other Repricer status has been known before.

  • Buybox
The number of products that have the buybox.

  • Sweet spot
The number of products whose price is optimized. If a product has the sweet spot, the price is held longer because the conditions are stable.

  • Max price reached
The number of products whose max price has been reached. In many cases, this means the max price can go further up.

  • Optimization
The number of products whose price is being optimized.

  • No buybox
The number of products that do not have the buybox.

  • Seller not found
The number of products for which you are not found as a seller. This can happen, for example, because the product is out of stock, so it is not online.

  • Min price too high
The number of products whose min price is too high, preventing us from repricing to the right price to achieve the buybox.

  • Hunting
The number of products for which we are repricing to achieve the buybox.

The number of products with a buybox is always divided into the statuses 'Sweet spot,' 'Max price reached,' or 'Optimization.'

The number of products without a buybox is always divided into the statuses 'Seller not found,' 'Min price too high,' or 'Hunting.'

Repricer product overview

Below the Repricer statuses, you will find an overview of all your products. Here you can see per product what information is set or enabled. By clicking on the product, you navigate to the relevant product in ProductFlow, where you can change the product information such as the min and max price or the margin level.

In the Repricer product overview, you can decide which columns you want to show and which not. This way, you create an overview with information that is relevant to you.
You do this by clicking the + icon next to the column names. Here you can easily show or hide columns by clicking the eye icon.

Additionally, there are many advanced filtering options available in the Repricer product overview. This allows you to filter based on a combination of very specific product information.
Create these filters by clicking on the filter icon next to the search bar.
Check out this article for a detailed explanation of the filter options.
