Setting Up the Repricer

Get Started with the ProductFlow Repricer in a Few Steps!

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When you add an (additional) sales channel to the Repricer, you'll enter the Repricer onboarding flow. By following the steps, you can quickly and easily set up the Repricer yourself!

Step 1. Authenticate

Select the sales channel you want to start the Repricer for and log in with your seller account for that specific sales channel. Your account will be linked to ProductFlow.
Note! Make sure you log in with the correct account for the right country.

Your products will be retrieved and imported into ProductFlow in the background, so you don't need to do anything.

Important detail, are you already active with the Repricer via ProductFlow and are you adding an extra country from the same sales channel? We always use the sales price from the first country you added to ProductFlow. This only applies when adding multiple accounts from the same sales channel.

So, if you started with Bol NL and later add Bol BE, we will use the sales price from Bol NL in ProductFlow.

-OR-

If you started with Amazon NL and later add Amazon BE, we will use the sales price from Amazon NL in ProductFlow.

Did you start with Bol NL and then add Amazon NL? Then this doesn't apply, as they work independently in a different way.

Do you still want to use different sales prices per sales channel? Then take this into account when creating the margin level for the respective sales channel. (step 3)

Meanwhile, you can continue setting up the general Repricer settings. (see next steps)

Step 2. Repricer settings

In this step, you indicate what we should do in certain exceptional situations.

Action when buybox is not available
With this setting, you indicate which price we should use if the buybox is not available, for example, because a competitor has the buybox.
If a product was temporarily out of stock and then comes back in stock, we start repricing from the price set in this setting.
So, if you indicate here that we may use the minimum price when the buybox is not available, we will then reprice upwards from the minimum price, meaning a product will temporarily be online at the minimum price. So think carefully about which price you set here.

Options:
- Stay at the sales price

- Stay at the minimum price
- Stay at the maximum price

When there is no competition, use the sales price as the maximum price
It can happen that the competition for a product disappears and you are the only seller. By default, we will look for the most optimal price up to the set maximum price in this situation. By enabling this setting, we use the sales price as the maximum price in this situation, ensuring the price on the sales channel never exceeds the set sales price in ProductFlow.

Step 3. Set margin level

In step 3, you set the default margin level. This is used to determine the minimum and maximum price of the products.
1. Margin level based on sales price.
Enter what your variable and/or fixed margin may be for the minimum and maximum price relative to the sales price.

2. Margin level based on purchase price (costs).
Enter what your variable and/or fixed margin may be for the minimum and maximum price based on the entered costs.
Note, the costs must still be entered from the dashboard later. The margin level can be set, but only works once the costs are also entered.

3. Disable margin level.
Prefer to enter a manual minimum and maximum price? Then disable the default margin level. In the dashboard, you have the option to easily enter a manual minimum and maximum price for your products.

Are you active with the Repricer in multiple countries for the same sales channel (as described earlier in step 1 of this article) and want to use different sales prices? Then enter a fixed margin at the minimum price in the margin level, so it is calculated for the sales price.

Once the above steps are completed, the Repricer is set up.
From the Repricer Dashboard, you have the option to activate the Repricer directly for your products.

In this article, you can find more information about the Repricer Dashboard and the settings you can make here.
