Re-send failed shipments

If you're using order synchronization of a sales channel, there might be times when a shipment isn't immediately forwarded to the sales channel.

In these cases, a critical notification will appear on the notifications page in ProductFlow, which will also include the reason why the shipment couldn't be forwarded to the sales channel.

​​It's possible to resend all failed shipments from the past 7 days to the sales channel.

Steps to resend all failed shipments:

1. Go to the orders page in ProductFlow.
2. Click on 'Shipments'
3. Click on 'Retry All'
