Re-send failed orders

If you're using a backoffice integration, there might be times when an order is not immediately successfully forwarded to the backoffice integration.

In such cases a critical notification will appear on the notifications page in ProductFlow, which will also include the reason why the order couldn't be forwarded to the backoffice integration.

It's possible to resend all failed orders to the backoffice integration.

Steps to resend all failed orders:
1. Go to the integrations page in ProductFlow.

2. Click on 'Backoffice'.

3. Click the arrow next to 'Enabled' on the order line.

4. You will then be on the Synchronization Status page of the backoffice integration. Use the 'Unsuccessful' filter option to display only failed orders in the overview.


5. Click on 'Resend All' to send all failed orders to the backoffice integration.

It's also possible to edit the details of an individual order before resending it to the backoffice integration.

Steps to edit and resend a failed order:
1. Click the edit button on the line of the order you want to modify.


2. Edit the details.

3. Click save and resend.
