The content and offer main switch in the integration settings must be enabled to send content and offers at the product level.
When you enable the main switch, nothing happens immediately. The content and offers are only synchronized once they are activated at the product level.
Note! When you enable the order main switch in the integration settings, we do immediately retrieve all outstanding orders.
We always advise processing all outstanding orders from a channel first before turning on the order switch via ProductFlow to prevent orders from being processed twice.
Content
This includes product specifications, titles, descriptions, and media files (images). ProductFlow automatically transfers as many fields as possible from the basic content to the correct Amazon channels. Optionally fill in additional, channel-specific fields for optimal product presentation.
Amazon first automatically checks and approves the submitted content before the products actually become visible.
Offers
This allows you to synchronize prices, stock, and delivery times between ProductFlow and Amazon. Any change in one of these components is automatically sent by ProductFlow to Amazon. This happens approximately every 5 minutes.
Orders
These are sent from Amazon to ProductFlow. The orders are marked as completed through the tracking sent from ProductFlow to Amazon.
Send only prices =
When this setting is enabled, only the prices are updated on Amazon.
Stock and delivery times are not synchronized.
This setting is useful when your inventory management takes place outside of ProductFlow, but you want to manage pricing through ProductFlow.
Synchronize images =
This determines whether images are included in the content process towards Amazon.
If this setting is disabled, you manage the images manually in Amazon.
Variable and fixed fee =
Here you can set a standard fee used for price and margin calculations.
Default family structure =
This setting only applies if you use product families within ProductFlow.
It allows you to determine which default family layout is applied when creating new families in ProductFlow for Amazon.
Lead time to ship =
Optionally enter the handling time you have configured in Amazon. This will be included in the offer process.
Additional functionalities
Repricer
If you sell products that others also sell on Amazon, the ProductFlow Repricer can add significant value for you. The goal of the Repricer is for you to win the buy box so that your sales increase. The ProductFlow Repricer ensures you win the buy box as quickly as possible with the optimal price. Due to our unique approach, the results of the ProductFlow Repricer are not comparable to other repricers. With the ProductFlow Repricer, you have the buy box within 10 minutes and at most within 30 minutes. Within 1 hour, your selling price is at 99% of the optimal selling price, and within 2 hours, this is optimized to 99.8% of the optimal selling price! A requirement for the Repricer is to determine a minimum and maximum price in advance, for which you could use the margin levels.

In the integration settings for Amazon, you have the option to set some settings for the Repricer.
Action Buybox not available
If no competition, use the selling price as the maximum price
See this article for an explanation of these settings.
We advise managing the repricer settings via the Repricer dashboard. This way, you keep everything centralized in one place.
More information about the Repricer dashboard can be found here.
NOTE: When setting up the Repricer settings, it is good to keep the following in mind.
If you forward the offer part (stock, delivery times, price) of a product to Amazon, it may take a few minutes for the data to reach Amazon. The data then needs to be processed, and after that, your product will go online for the consumer.
If you immediately activate the Repricer after sending the offer part for your product(s), the Repricer will start working right away. However, we do not know the reason why you are not online for the consumer (it could be due to the RMP, or the offer is not approved?). The Repricer will want to get the buy box and will lower your price.
If your product goes online later, your price is already lower than perhaps necessary.
The Repricer will automatically raise the price again, but there is a chance that you sell a product for a lower price than perhaps necessary/desired.
Direct import
With this feature, you can make a direct offer export from your Amazon account.
This automatically ends up in the import function of ProductFlow, where you can further process and import the data.
You create this export by clicking the blue 'Import' button on the Amazon settings page.
These fields are retrieved in the export from your Amazon account:
- item-name
- item-description
- listing-id
- seller-sku
- price
- quantity
- open-date
- image-url
- item-is-marketplace
- product-id-type
- zshop-shipping-fee
- item-note
- item-condition
- zshop-category1
- zshop-browse-path
- zshop-storefront-feature
- asin1
- asin2
- asin3
- will-ship-internationally
- expedited-shipping
- zshop-boldface
- product-id
- bid-for-featured-placement
- add-delete
- pending-quantity
- fulfillment-channel
You can find here an explanation of how you can eventually import this export into ProductFlow.
Fulfillment Manager
This feature helps us track the inventory stored in the warehouses at the marketplaces. If this inventory runs out and there is still stock available in the 'own' warehouse, ProductFlow automatically switches to the own warehouse.

Reservations
On Amazon, inventory is reserved as soon as a buyer places an order but hasn't paid yet. ProductFlow holds this inventory until the payment is finalized and the order is confirmed.
To enable this, turn on the 'Stock reservations' setting in the Amazon integration settings.
Order Cancellations
If a buyer submits a cancellation request via Amazon, you can accept the cancellation directly through ProductFlow.
Second-hand Products
For Amazon, it's possible to manage second-hand products via ProductFlow.
You do this by setting conditions in ProductFlow.
In the condition, you indicate the state of the product.
Each sales channel uses its own terms to express the product's condition, so you map the condition in ProductFlow directly to the sales channel, so we know which state to pass on to the sales channel.
Points to Consider
1. Amazon uses its own identifier, the ASIN. Enter this in the identifiers in ProductFlow to synchronize the offer and content process correctly.
2. When sending content, we are dependent on Amazon's strict requirements. We recommend following up on any error messages that come back when sending content to get your content online with Amazon.
3. Within the integration settings for Amazon V2, you can specify the number of days Handling-time in the warehouse for the respective country. Enter this under Lead time to ship.
4. The mapping of the propositions for Amazon V2 is slightly different from the standard. Here you can specify the ID of the Shipping Template as it is known in your Amazon account.
You can find this by clicking the gear icon in the top right of your Amazon account and selecting Shipping Settings.
Then choose Shipping Templates
Here you will find an overview of all Shipping Templates configured in your Amazon account for that respective country.
Select the template you want to add in ProductFlow and choose Edit Template.
In the URL of this page, there is a Template ID. Copy the letter and number combination between the % signs and paste it into the proposition mapping in ProductFlow.
Is the correct template not yet in Amazon? Create it first.
The products in ProductFlow with this proposition will receive the selected Shipping Template in Amazon.
Important! If you make a change in the Shipping Template in Amazon, the UUID will also change. It is important to update the new UUID in ProductFlow after the change.
Note! If you only have one Shipping Template in your Amazon account (the standard/default), leave the proposition mapping for Amazon V2 in ProductFlow EMPTY. The standard Shipping Template is automatically called by ProductFlow.
