The content and offer main tap in the integration settings must be enabled to send content and offers at the product level.
When enabling the main tap, nothing happens yet. The content and offers are not synchronized until they are activated at the product level.

Please note! When enabling the order main tap in the integration settings we well immediately start retrieving all open orders.
We always recommend processing all open orders of a channel first, before turning on the order tap via ProductFlow, to avoid double processing of orders.

Content
This includes product specifications, titles, descriptions and media files (images). From the basic content, ProductFlow automatically transfers as many fields as possible to the appropriate Amazon channels. Fill in any additional, channel-specific fields for optimal product presentation.

Amazon automatically checks and approves the submitted content before the products actually become visible.

Offers
This synchronizes prices, inventory, and delivery times between ProductFlow and Amazon. Any change in any of these items will automatically send ProductFlow to Amazon. The frequency of this is about every 5 minutes.

Orders
These are sent from Amazon to ProductFlow. Signing off the orders is done through tracking sent from ProductFlow to Amazon.

Send prices only =
When this setting is enabled, only prices are updated on Amazon.
Inventories and delivery times are thennot synchronized.
This setting is useful when your inventory management takes place outside of ProductFlow, but you want to control pricing through ProductFlow.

Sync images =
Determines whether images are included in the content process towards Amazon.
If this setting is disabled, you manage images manually in Amazon.

Variable and fixed fee =
Here you can set a default fee that is used for price and margin calculations.

Default family structure =
This setting only applies if you use product families within ProductFlow.
Allows you to determine which default family format is applied when creating new families in ProductFlow for Amazon.

Lead time to ship =
Optionally enter the handling time you have configured in Amazon. This will be sent with the offer process.

Additional features

Repricer

If you sell products that are also sold by others on Amazon, the ProductFlow Repricer can add a lot of value for you. The goal of the Repricer is for you to win the buying block so that your sales are increased. The ProductFlow Repricer ensures that you win the buying block as quickly as possible with the optimal price. Because of our unique approach, the results of the ProductFlow Repricer are also not comparable to other repricers. With the ProductFlow Repricer, you have the buy block within 10 minutes and up to within 30 minutes. Within 1 hour your sales price is at 99% of the optimal sales price and within 2 hours it is optimized to 99.8% of the optimal sales price! A requirement for the Repricer is to set a minimum and maximum price in advance, you could use the margin levels for this.

In the integration settings for Amazon you have the possibility to set some settings for the Repricer.

  1. Action Buybox not available

  2. With no competition, use sale price as maximum price

See this article for an explanation of these settings.

We recommend managing repricer settings through the Repricer dashboard. This way you keep everything centralized in one place.
More information about the Repricer dashboard can be found here.

CAUTION: When setting up the Repricer settings, it is good to observe the following.

If you transfer the offer part (stock, delivery times, price) of a product to Amazon, it can take several minutes before the data arrives at Amzon. The data still needs to be processed and then your product will come online for the consumer.

If you turn on the Repricer right after you send the offer part for your product(s), then the Repricer will start doing its work right away. However, we don't know the reason you are not online for the consumer (could be because of the RMP, or the offer is not approved?). The Repricer does want to go down the buying block and will bring your price down.
If later your product comes online, then your price is already lower than it might need to be.
The Repricer is going to bring the price back up on its own, but there is a chance that you will be selling a product at a lower price than perhaps needed/wanted.

Direct import
This feature allows you to create a direct offer export from your Amazon account.
This automatically enters ProductFlow's import function, where you can further process and import the data.

You create this export by clicking the blue 'Import' button on Amazon's settings page.

These fields are retrieved from your Amazon account in the export:

- item-name

- item-description

- listing-id

- seller-sku

- price

- quantity

- open-date

- image-url

- item-is-marketplace

- product-id-type

- zshop-shipping-fee

- will-ship-internationally
- expedited-shipping

- zshop-boldface

Fulfilment manager
With this function, we keep track of the inventory that is in the warehouses at the marketplaces. Should this inventory run out and there is still inventory in the 'own' warehouse, ProductFlow automatically switches to the own warehouse.

Reservations

On Amazon, inventory is reserved as soon as a buyer places an order, but has not yet paid. ProductFlow holds this stock until payment is final and the order comes in as confirmed.

To do this, enable the "Stock reservations" setting in the Amazon integration settings.

Order cancellations
If a buyer submits a cancellation request through Amazon, you can accept the cancellation directly through ProductFlow.

Second-hand products
For Amazon, it is possible to manage second-hand products through ProductFlow.
You do this by setting conditions in ProductFlow.
In the condition, you specify the condition of the product.
Each sales channel uses its own names to express the state of the product, that's why you also map the condition in ProductFlow directly to the sales channel, so we know what state to pass to the sales channel.

Aandachtspunten

1. Amazon uses its own identifier, the ASIN. Fill it in with the identifiers in ProductFlow to properly synchronize the offer and content process.

2. When sending content, we depend on Amazon's strict requirements. We recommend that you follow the error messages that come back when sending the content to get your content online with Amazon.

3. Within the integration settings for Amazon V2, you can specify the number of days Handling-time in the warehouse for the respective country. You enter this under Lead time to ship.

4. The mapping of the propositions for Amazon V2 are slightly different from the default. Here you can specify the ID of the Shipping Template as it is known in your Amazon account,
which can be found by clicking on the cog icon in the top right corner of your Amazon account and choosing Shipping Settings.
Then choose Shipping Templates

Here you will find a list of all Shipping Templates configured in your Amazon account for that particular country.
Select the template you want to add in ProductFlow and choose Edit Template.
In the URL of this page, there is a Template ID.Copy the letter and number combination that appears between the % characters and paste it to the proposition mapping in ProductFlow.

Is the correct template not yet in Amazon? Then create it first.

The products that have this proposition in ProductFlow will get the selected Shipping template in Amazon.

Important! If you make a change to the Shipping Template in Amazon, the UUID will also be changed. So it is important that you also re-copy the new UUID into ProductFlow after the change.

Note!Do you have only one Shipping Templatein your Amazon account (the default/default one)? Then leave the proposition mapping for Amazon V2 in ProductFlow EMPTY. The default Shipping Template is automatically called by ProductFlow
